Consulting Concepts, LLC began in 2003 when a need was recognized for organizations to have more project management training at a basic level. Employees of organizations need basic knowledge in order to understand the functions of Microsoft Project. Thus began a business of project management consulting as well as business development for clients that have a need for value added services.
